Eon}as National _cademy of qivil `ngineering and _rchitecture
`xperience of using air%lift hydro transport for lifting the pulp shows, that their volume and mass workout
(productivities) significantly depend from density and other characteristics of the medium that is
transported. _nalytical research of depending of the pulp density on a working parameters of air%lift is not
possi}le }ecause of complexity of processes, that happens in vertical movement of two%, and more of that,
three%phase mediums. ^his is the reason why the specialist still didnt make differential euations of
movement, that would properly descri}e all the features of an ascending stream of gas%liuid mixes, especially
with inclusions of firm particles. _ccording to this all existing methods of air%lift evaluations are }ased on
the results of experimental researches. Jn this article there are given results of experiments, received on a
industrial unit while transporting the pulp with density up to the 2 000 kg/m
